What Each Stage Means
Every order moves through these eight stages. You receive an update at each one.

01. Quotation Sent
We have priced your item and sent you the full breakdown — product cost, service charge, shipping and any duty.

02. Order Confirmed
You approved the quotation and paid the advance. Your price is now locked in.

03. Purchased in USA
We have bought the item from the US retailer using our own card and American address.

04. Received at US Facility
The parcel has arrived at our US facility and been checked. Multiple orders are combined here.

05. Shipped to Bangladesh
Your shipment has left the USA and is on its way to Bangladesh.

06. Customs Clearance
The shipment is going through customs clearance in Dhaka. Duty is assessed at this stage.

07. Out for Delivery
Cleared and handed to our delivery team. We will call before we arrive.

08. Delivered
Delivered and signed for. Check your item and tell us how we did.
